Join Flourish Heights and Eaton Hotel DC for Real Talk! Menopause, featuring the powerful film The (M) Factor. This 56-minute documentary reveals the hidden impact of menopause on health, career, and relationships—plus, it’s packed with evidence-based tips to help you take charge.


After the film, join an expert-curated women’s health panel dialogue, moderated by Dietitian & Founder of Flourish Heights, Valerie Agyeman. Panelists include OBGYN & Menopause Specialist Dr. Aryian Cooke, Mental Health Therapist Audra Lee, and Founder of Menopause Made Modern Kamili Wilson, who will share insights and actionable steps to navigate every stage of womanhood.

What are the transportation and parking options for the event?

(Please allow extra time for arrival). Attendees are encouraged to Lyft, Uber, cab, take public transit or carpool. Street parking is available. The closest parking garage is slightly off 13th street which is a 3-5 min walk from the venue. The garage address is One Franklin Sq. 1315 K street NW. (Please allow extra time for arrival)
